I have to be ready to take photos instantly. That’s when l capture the moments at a wedding that just happen. I love this photo of the wedding bride after the ceremony taken as she walks down the stairs at the Blackwell Grange hotel. You can just tell she is having so much fun.
It was late in the afternoon by the time Jamie & Louise came out of the church at Kirkleatham and having their wedding day just before Christmas, there was not much daylight left. So, camera set with a high ISO and a little fill in flash I captured this photograph just before we all set off to Grinkle Park Hotel for the wedding reception.
It’s great having your wedding day photographed in a documentary style, that is what I specialise in, but I think you still need to have those posed wedding photographs as well. A wedding photographer needs to have the skill in making posed wedding photographs look natural and well composed.
Stylish and creative, black and white photography makes fantastic wedding photography shots stand out from the rest. When professionally applied, black & white images of your wedding look great and timeless.
